      Hi Ameader,

      To subscribe you must go to http://www.aoifemariesheridan.com at the base of my block is a contact form that you fill in. With your name, email address, and the message should be just subscribe, and that’s it. So if you ever wanted to unsubscribe you repeat the steps but the message would say unsubscribe. Hope that’s helps and thanks so much for the query.
